March 29 & 30, Jaarbeurs Utrecht
This year NextChapter eCommerce will be present at the Webwinkel Vakdagen again. The event where the entire e-commerce industry meets for over more than 15 years. The event attracts 13,000+ visitors annually and has more than 250 exhibitors. Feel free to come and visit our stand! Participation is free if you register.
More and more e-commerce companies have started to sell their products multichannel. This has led to new challenges and needs. For example, many e-commerce companies need a Order Management System (OMS). NextChapter's powerful OMS can be purchased headless or as a component within the overall NextChapter suite. Our OMS is used by dozens of clients including: Miss Etam, Euretco Fashion, Didi, Screws Online and LOOkX.
At our booth (no. 200 - hall 7) we would like to show you the possibilities of our OMS. In a conversation we will map the needs of your organization. Of course you are also welcome to talk about all our other solutions such as: PIM, storefront, CMS, inventory management and our data converter.
In addition, we will give two lectures in which we give more background information and practical examples of the possibilities of our OMS through customer cases. We like to invite you to attend these sessions.
NextChapter provides two lectures:
Michiel Bestebroer (CEO) will provide the case study: How to increase your multichannel sales success using an OMS.
Wednesday 29 March | 15:30-16:00 hours

Brands & manufacturers reach their customers through more and more (new) digital channels. Web shops, marketplaces and social commerce. The number of sales channels is growing and internal complexity is increasing. Bottlenecks occur in order processes, overview and scalability. With a case we provide insight into the steps you can take to get your order management under control with an OM
Jaime Windt (Account Director) and Lisanne Roorda (eCommerce Strategy Consultant) will present the case study: Multichannel growth without getting system difficulties
Thursday 30 March | 14:45-15:15 hours Lecture
Lecture Hall 9
Many companies get stuck with their systems when they start selling across multiple channels. Do you recognize challenges like: bogged down systems, tying things together and lack of visibility? In this case study you will learn how a beautiful Dutch company solves these challenges for their complex mix of B2B, D2C, B2C and Marketplace channels.
