Philips Myshop chooses NextChapter

Philips Myshop chooses NextChapter's multiˣ suite. Over the next 2 years the entire e-commerce platform will be replaced by NextChapter's suite, including PIM, OMS, CMS and all country webshops.

Philips Myshop is a household name within Philips, serving all Philips (former) employees and partners (such as ASML) in 12 European countries. This huge group of ambassadors has access to the Philips consumer assortment at discounted prices. Philips Myshop reaches the target group through an e-commerce platform, a huge staff store in the Philips stadium in Eindhoven and through pop-up stores that appear throughout the year in various European cities at Philips offices and partners.

Philips chose NextChapter because of the multiˣ suite's capabilities, possibilities for customization, influence on the roadmap and personal click.

In the Benelux, NextChapter will deliver an omnichannel experience where the Eindhoven store will be connected to the Dutch and Belgian webshops. In other countries, NextChapter will deliver a comprehensive webshop per country. Delivery will take place from two stock locations controlled by NextChapter's OMS. Furthermore, NextChapter is embedded in Philips' system landscape including Vendit, Omnia Retail and nShift.

With the multiˣ suite, Philips can further professionalize, expand and grow Myshop.
