In this role you work closely with the Account Manager / Product Owners, Project Managers, management and the Sales team. In total you will have 30+ pleasant colleagues and our team is growing.
Responsible for own portfolio of accounts (customers), of which some are strategic accounts. The strategic accounts are customers for whom the NextChapter eCommerce platform fulfills an essential role in their current business model, but also in their further development to, for example, niche marketplaces or shared e-commerce platforms.
Responsible for turnover, further development, success and satisfaction with these accounts
Daily customer relationship at tactical and strategic level
Responsible for the translation of customer wishes and input into requirements for further development of the NextChapter eCommerce platform, such as the important modules PIM and OMS. This means a lot of Product Ownership (PO) for the NextChapter Platform
Participation in pitches for strategic new clients
Participation in strategy and vision development of the commercial team
Participation in strategic product development
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a similar role within the e-commerce / internet world
HBO+ work and thinking level
Proven track record / experience with e-commerce in the field of platforms, processes, everything that has to do with orders, (product) data, links. You master e-commerce jargon, concepts, architectures, etc
Excellent Dutch and English (Spanish is an advantage) speaking and writing skills
Leadership qualities, both towards your colleagues and towards your client teams and clients
A very flexible attitude where you can quickly and easily switch between levels, topics, projects
A problem solver and stress resistant
You always keep your word
