About Bos Group International
Bos Group is an international producer and distributor of high-quality sports and lifestyle brands, including Maruti, Filmore, Australian Footwear, Australian Sportswear, and Scotch & Soda. As a brand house, they market various brands globally, both D2C through their own online channels and B2B to resellers.

They achieve this by setting up the right sales channels and maintaining long-term relationships with their partners. Their team of dedicated and experienced professionals brings expertise in the design, marketing, and distribution of popular shoe brands.

The brands in the Bos Group portfolio are shipped not only within the Netherlands but also internationally. Products from Maruti, Australian, and Australian Footwear are shipped within the Benelux and Germany, while the designer sneakers from Filmore are shipped throughout Europe.

Since 2016, there has been a close collaboration with NextChapter. This collaboration was further intensified when there was a need at Bos Group for various brand webshops. The ambition was to equip all brands with modern brand webshops that could be managed easily and centrally. Therefore, the Unified Commerce platform from NextChapter was chosen.

In 2020, there arose a desire for brand webshops for Maruti Footwear, Australian Footwear, and Australian Sportswear. These were then running on Prestashop, which was linked to the wholesale system XL-ENZ. Here, the inventories of wholesale and retail were mixed, which was an unfavorable basis for direct sales to consumers (D2C).

In 2023, the proprietary brand Filmore was established, featuring sustainable and high-quality men's shoes. Naturally, a corresponding high-end design webshop was also essential for this brand.

What did Bos Group International need?
The various brands of Bos Group each have their own identity and vision, with a unique market approach and strategy. However, the technical foundation for online sales is largely the same, which allows for excellent integration. Bos Group wanted modern webshops for all their brands that could be easily managed from a single central environment. Another crucial requirement was seamless integration of the NextChapter e-commerce platform with their Its Perfect ERP system. The end result
With the replatforming to the NextChapter multiˣ suite, BOS Group has achieved significant operational improvements for all its brands that were previously impossible. Managing their old platform required a lot of internal technical knowledge, which was costly and time-consuming. With the multiˣ suite, this issue has been eliminated, allowing the BOS Group team to fully focus on improving all e-commerce processes.

The process of article creation and order receipt in their ERP system is now fully automated. This also applies to the handling of returns and the associated refunds, which are now processed automatically. This represents a significant reduction in manual checks and a smoother, error-free operation. The management of articles within the platform has thus been significantly simplified, resulting in more efficient inventory management and faster adjustments to market needs. Additionally, the multiˣ suite enables BOS Group to address and implement adjustments quickly and in a structured manner.

What the Future Holds

Now that the shops and fundamental processes are stable, BOS Group is focusing on future ambitions. One of these is further optimizing the process for the live launch of articles. The goal is to present products faster and more efficiently online, making them immediately available to interested consumers. Additionally, the focus includes online marketing and email marketing to increase retention and achieve growth for the brands. Naturally, the multiˣ suite supports the achievement of all these ambitions.
