As a Project Manager, you are at the heart of the organization and responsible for overseeing complete client projects and deliveries from the NextChapter platform. You successfully bring projects to completion within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget — and you do so with a smile, ensuring that all stakeholders can look back on a positive and successful project experience.

Ownership of the realization and implementation of e-commerce projects for clients, delivering projects on the NextChapter platform together with your project team;

Managing all phases of a project — from the kick-off through to graphic frontend design, module setup, technical implementation, data and process configuration, testing, and final delivery — under your leadership, ensuring every stage is a success;

Monitoring project planning, costs, and end results;

Stakeholder management: ensuring that all parties involved are continuously informed and that expectations are properly managed;

Collaborating with creative and technical colleagues, including (technical) project managers, account managers, and management;

Working closely with client teams, project owners, and partners;

Actively managing tasks in the backlog and prioritizing for upcoming project sprints;

Gaining in-depth knowledge of the NextChapter platform and identifying necessary optimizations for even better project outcomes;

Maintaining client contact for support, including issue resolution and answering questions;

As one of NextChapter's main points of contact, contributing to the management and strengthening of client and partner relationships;

Providing on-the-job strategic advice to clients;

Identifying and seizing commercial opportunities.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within e-commerce;

Higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) level of working and thinking;

Proven affinity with the technical side of e-commerce. You won’t be hands-on technically, but you will be closely involved with topics such as processes, data, integrations, orders, returns, payments, and more;

Proficient in e-commerce terminology;

Knowledge of online marketing is a plus;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English;

Strong communication and organizational skills;

Strong problem-solving abilities;
