    • How it works

    • The integration is a SaaS integration between NextChapter and ChannelEngine, making it quick, easy and affordable to implement and works garnished.

  • ChannelEngine product integratie met NextChapter

    • Your products

    • Publish your entire range to ChannelEngine including all product data, properties and features. NextChapter has advanced product data management options so that you can also create channel specific product data in addition to multilingualism. E.g. per Marketplace you can create channel-specific product names, descriptions, etc. All the channel specific product data is integrated with ChannelEngine. From ChannelEngine you manage which range and which product data you apply per Marketplace.

    • Stock

    • The stock integration is possible via stock feed exports as well as via API integration. Stock changes are updated centrally and in real time in NextChapter for all sales channels. This can be through sales changes on your own webshops or through orders on the connected Marketplaces via ChannelEngine. No more canceling and refunding orders due to stock errors in your eCommerce system.

    • Orders

    • All orders on the Marketplaces are retrieved real time via API from ChannelEngine to the NextChapter OrderManagementSystem (OMS). In the OMS in NextChapter you can clearly see and filter the orders per Marketplace for efficient fulfillment or support. When you work with underlying systems such as ERP, NextChapter automatically forwards every marketplace order in real time to your ERP.

    • Shipment information

    • As soon as an order has been registered with the carrier, the NextChapter OMS receives the shipping status and Track & Trace link from the carrier. This information can also come from the ERP, WMS or a shipping platform such as SendCloud or NShift. NextChapter sends the shipment status and Track & Trace link directly to the Marketplace via the ChannelEngine integration. In this way, the Marketplace knows that the package has been shipped and they inform the consumer about the shipment.

    • Returns

    • For returned products, NextChapter automatically sends the return message or the credit via the ChannelEngine integration to the relevant Marketplace. The refunding takes place from the Marketplace to the consumer. Via the NextChapter ChannelEngine integration you can sell more on Marketplaces fully automatically, quickly and without hassle.
