Miss Etam chooses NextChapter SaaS platform for relaunch as pure player

The well-known Dutch women's fashion brand Miss Etam is back in the Netherlands selling as a pure online player. With new owners, new collections and a new e-commerce platform, the relaunch is a fact.

NextChapter eCommerce has quickly set up the multichannel platform for Miss Etam, which was launched today.


Multichannel e-commerce approach
Within a few months, Miss Etam has established a full-fledged e-commerce proposition in a combination with system partners. A specialized SaaS e-commerce platform was a logical choice. Miss Etam chose NextChapter eCommerce, as a modern multichannel e-commerce platform with a focus on (fashion) brands.

The NextChapter platform was set up within 4 months, connected to an ERP system (via It's Perfect) and fulfilment partner. NextChapter eCommerce provides PIM, OMS and the webshop.

  • PIM is the basis for their e-commerce activities. Miss Etam will increase the use of the NextChapter PIM for multichannel and multilanguage.

  • NextChapter OMS is the basis for the order management, that is also used for their multichannel approach.

  • Scalability and performance remain to be important. NextChapter has done major improvements over the last few months and more will follow. So Miss Etam and our other customers benefit from this. The improved speed of the webshop ensures more conversions and higher turnover.

  • Technical integrations are a lifeline for many customers. Our team understands this and have flawlessly integrated the Miss Etam webshop with their ERP system (It's Perfect). More integrations will follow.

  • The Frontend Design is what the world and Miss' Etams customer experience. NextChapters' recent design is tight to the pixel.

  • With all features from the platform, Miss Etam is able to become more successful, and NextChapter eCommerce will never stop adding relevant features.

In addition to this, Miss Etam works together with fashion platform Wehkamp.nl, ​​that has a large reach among the customer group. The new Miss Etam platform forms the basis for the growth plans for the coming years.


Strategy for fashion brands
Miss Etam will develop into a multichannel online player. This ties in with the strategy that NextChapter eCommerce promotes for fashion brands.
