We are looking for a HR & Office Manager with a lot of organizational talent. An enthusiastic self-starter, who knows how to keep an overview and for whom unburdening is second nature. It is a varied role in which you are in charge and there is a lot of room for your own interpretation. You are at the center of the organization and are the point of contact for all colleagues.

      Your role:
      As a HR & Office Manager you are at the center of the organization and you are responsible for unburdening management and colleagues. You are responsible for the ins and outs of the organization: both in the field of office management and HR. You like to roll up your sleeves and enjoy being involved in many subjects.

      Your work:

      • You contribute to a positive team spirit and culture through a nice office, good facilities and conviviality.

      • You ensure that the various facilities are in order, such as housing, cleaning, computers, telephones, printers and cars.

      • You receive our customers when they come to the office and are also the first point of contact when the phone rings.

      • Supervising and executing various HR processes, such as performance management, absenteeism cases and remuneration issues.

      • Responsible for the recruitment and selection process including preparation of onboarding to off-boarding.

      • Processing the administration in the field of absenteeism, leave, personnel changes, pension, salary changes, etc.

      • Ensure a representative office. You order the weekly groceries and prepare lunch.

      • Organizing team outings and social get-togethers.

      • Booking flights and hotels for colleagues traveling to Mallorca or Amsterdam.

      • You are responsible for benefits such as telephones, subscriptions, NS Business Cards and laptops.


      Your profile:

      • At least 2 years of experience within Office Management, HR or Recruitment

      • MBO+/HBO working and thinking level

      • Excellent Dutch and English (Spanish is an advantage) speaking and writing skills

      • Very good communication and organization skills

      • General knowledge of local laws and regulations

      • Good problem solving skills
