Your goal is to market NextChapter eCommerce even better. In this versatile role you ensure that our story reaches the right target groups. You are responsible for the marketing strategy, setting up and developing the marketing plan, coordinating our positioning and for the marketing budget. You ensure that all marketing activities run smoothly, from brochures, videos and paid campaigns to organizing corporate events.
You are an enthusiastic self-starter who wants to work at a growing scale-up in e-commerce. You’re in a strong place and would like to build your own team in the future. You work across teams and determine the content in close consultation with colleagues from sales, product and management. We therefore expect that you know how to run your own department and that you are assertive enough to activate colleagues where necessary.
The foundation of our brand is there (visual identity, website, story, channels) and now it's up to you to expand and grow our brand.
You are responsible for the marketing strategy and the marketing & communication plan, including the preparation, implementation and adjustment thereof. Here you can think of:
• Create branding / awareness
• Specific (lead gen) advertising campaigns
• Organizing / participating in events
• Collaboration with exernal media
• Content creation & SEO (blogs, whitepapers & newsletters)
• Website ownership
• Social media
• Paid campaigns & SEA
• Coordination of resources such as: brochures, leaflets, videos, giveaways, etc.
• Support of the commercial team where necessary
You work closely with the sales team, product owners and management
Set up collaborations with partners & media
Internal communication tot he team, both in Amsterdam and Palma de Mallorca

A completed HBO/WO study in the field of marketing
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
You speak and write excellent Dutch and English (Spanish is a plus)
Experience in e-commerce and/or IT industry is a big plus
Experience in organizing corporate events
Creative, you come up with new ideas and know how to work them out
Extensive experience with copywriting and SEO
